Job Description

**Job Title:** Company Secretary – Compliance 

**Experience:** 2–5 Years

**Qualification:** Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member) + Compliance Officer Certification (NISM or equivalent)


 **Role Overview**


We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary with strong expertise in stock exchange compliance (NSE, BSE, MCX).


Key Responsibilities**(Must Have)


. Stock Exchange Compliance (NSE, BSE, MCX)**

* Ensure timely and accurate compliance with NSE, BSE, and MCX regulations

* Manage filings, disclosures, and corporate announcements

* Handle exchange queries, notices, and inspections

* Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and other applicable frameworks

* ensures investor education and protection fund.
