About Us:

First Baby Care is a leading baby care and mother care products company, offering a wide range of premium brands and products through our retail and e-commerce channels. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Content Creator to strengthen our digital presence and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Develop product-focused videos, reels, stories, and promotional content for e-commerce platforms.

Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Write compelling captions, product descriptions, and promotional copy.

Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to produce high-quality content.

Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.

Conduct product shoots, unboxing videos, customer testimonials, and educational content.

Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on engagement metrics.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or e-commerce content management.

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

Excellent content writing and communication skills.

Knowledge of video shooting, editing, and basic graphic design tools.

Experience in baby care, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry will be preferred.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas regularly.
