Job Description
The role involves identifying, approaching and engaging with corporate clients for arranging debt facilities through Banks, Financial Institutions and NBFCs. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified business opportunities and scheduling meetings with key decision makers including CFOs, Finance Heads, Treasury Heads, Directors and Promoters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Reach out to corporate clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Generate qualified leads from the provided database.
• Identify funding requirements of prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential borrowers.
2. Appointment Setting
• Schedule meetings and conference calls for senior management.
• Coordinate discussions between clients and relationship teams.
• Ensure maximum conversion of leads into meetings.
3. Client Relationship Management
• Develop relationships with key corporate decision makers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of discussions and opportunities.
4. Market Intelligence
• Track funding requirements across industries.
• Monitor business developments and expansion plans of target companies.
• Identify opportunities for Bridge Finance, Structured Debt products, Working Capital, Term Loans and Project Finance.
5. MIS & Reporting
• Maintain daily call reports.
• Update CRM and lead status.
• Track conversion ratios and meeting outcomes.
Eligibility:
* Graduate / MBA preferred.
* Experience of 2–6 years in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, B2B Sales, Telemarketing or Corporate Relationship Management.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Ability to interact confidently with senior management personnel.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Number of decision-maker conversations.
* Number of qualified leads generated.
* Number of meetings fixed.
* Proposal conversions.
* Revenue generated from sourced clients.
