Job Description

We are looking to hire a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive who will provide end-to-end support throughout the ride lifecycle—from ride initiation to completion—for both drivers and customers. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to handle queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless and satisfactory ride experience.
