Job Description

Job Summary

The Service Reminder Executive is responsible for contacting customers and reminding them about upcoming vehicle services, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

The role helps improve customer satisfaction and ensures vehicles are serviced on time.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers to remind them about scheduled vehicle services.
  • Inform customers about service due dates, periodic maintenance, and special service campaigns.
  • Schedule service appointments according to customer availability.
  • Maintain and update customer database and service records in the system.
  • Follow up with customers who missed or postponed their service.
  • Provide basic information about service packages, offers, and maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team regarding appointments.
  • Handle customer queries related to vehicle service.
  • Maintain daily call reports and service reminder reports.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and calling skills.


  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel).
  • Customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.


  • Educational Qualification Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Candidates with automobile knowledge or dealership experience are preferred.
  • Experience 1–3years experience in customer service, call center, or automobile dealership preferred.
  • Work EnvironmentAutomobile dealership or service center.
  • Mainly office-based calling and coordination work.


  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of successful service reminder calls.
  • Service appointment conversion rate.
  • Customer satisfaction level.
  • Accuracy of customer data and reports.
