Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with clients for software renewals, support, and license management.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Conduct follow-ups for quotations, renewals, payments, and documentation.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software systems regularly.
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication and service support.
Assist customers in understanding software products, subscriptions, and renewal processes.
