Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and support the complete sales cycle. The candidate will be responsible for handling IndiaMART leads, cold calling prospective customers, preparing quotations, generating proforma invoices, following up on payments, and coordinating with clients to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


* Handle and respond to leads received from IndiaMART and other online platforms.

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

* Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and proforma invoices (PI).

* Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and pending approvals.

* Coordinate with customers for order confirmation and payment collection.

* Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

* Follow up on outstanding payments and provide payment status updates.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.

* Update CRM, Excel sheets, and sales reports regularly.


Required Skills


* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.

* Experience in handling IndiaMART leads and B2B sales preferred.

* Ability to prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.

* Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.


Qualifications


* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer service. ( Fresher Welcome)

* Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
