Job Description:• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the owner's attention.

• Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.

• Coordinate monthly and quarterly audits and assist CA with conducting audits.

• Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.

• Must have knowledge of all returns related to a Private Limited Company.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field with proven work experience.

• More education, experience, or additional certifications and licenses may be required.

• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.

• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

• Professional manner and strong ethical code.

• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

• Should have Good Knowledge about GST

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule: Morning shift

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
