Role: Customer Success Executive*
Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi
*Eligibility*:
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
- Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound Customer Support
- Good communication skills
*Job Responsibilities*:
- Handle B2B customer interactions
- Resolve inbound queries efficiently
- Maintain client relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction
*Work Details*:
- *Shifts*: Rotational shifts, 7 AM – 10 PM
- *Working days*: 6 days + rotational off
- *Perk*: One-side cab facility
*Salary*: Up to ₹35,000 in-hand
*Note*: Immediate joiners preferred
