International Voice Process Agent

Job Summary

We are hiring candidates for the International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions with international clients, resolving queries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a professional attitude.

Experience Required: 3 Months – 2 Years (International Voice Process / BPO Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• 3 Months to 2 Years of experience in International Voice Process, Customer Support, or BPO.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
