Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other support channels.
  • Assist customers with queries related to orders, Pujas, Seva, consultations and other services.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and service providers whenever required.
  • Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure proper resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
