Job Description
Client Relationship Management (CRM):
Note : We are only looking for profile with work experience in courier and logistics
- Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, ensuring professional and timely handling of shipment inquiries.
- Shipment Tracking & Monitoring:
- Proactively monitor shipments across international routes and ensure smooth and reliable delivery.
- Problem Solving & Coordination:
- Work closely with operations and customs teams to resolve issues efficiently, gaining strong cross-functional exposure.
- Quotations & Booking:
- Prepare competitive quotations and manage booking processes accurately.
- Cross-functional Exposure:
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams, providing you with a broader understanding of business operations.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Share customer insights and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure adherence to international logistics regulations and internal quality standards.
