Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Calls & Booking Executive to manage
customer inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and maintain customer/account records in
the company’s online software systems. The role also involves coordinating with venue teams,
visiting company venues when required, and contributing towards revenue growth through effective
customer handling and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls, WhatsApp queries, and online inquiries professionally.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings for Smash2Play venues and activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, bookings, payments, and account details in the online
software/CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize booking conversions.
• Coordinate with venue staff to ensure smooth customer experience and booking execution.
• Visit company venues as required for operational coordination and customer support.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution.
• Meet monthly booking and revenue targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to inquiries, bookings, and conversions.
• Suggest ways to improve customer engagement and increase company revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and sales conversion ability.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/software systems and MS Office.
• Ability to manage customer data accurately.
• Comfortable with traveling to company venues when required.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in customer support, telesales, booking management, or hospitality is
preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Energetic, well-organized, and customer-oriented personality.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or event booking industry is an advantage.
