💼 Position: Gujarati Telecaller
💰 CTC: ₹23,897 per month
💵 In-Hand Salary: ₹20,357 per month
🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
🗣️ Language Required: Fluent in Gujarati (Read, Write & Speak)
- Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls in Gujarati.
- Communicate with customers professionally and resolve their queries.
- Explain company products/services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Required Skills:✔ Fluent in Gujarati (Read, Write & Speak)
✔ Basic English and Hindi communication
✔ Good communication and convincing skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
✔ Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
