Job Description:

BookLeaf Publishing (featured on Shark Tank India S4) is hiring a Customer Support Executive for our Delhi office. We help authors across India publish their books — 1,200+ books printed and shipped every month.

What you'll be doing:

• Reply to author queries on email and chat and call (we use Freshdesk)
• Track status of book orders, printing, and shipping
• Coordinate with the printing, listing, and operations teams
• Handle escalations and resolve them quickly
• Maintain clear and polite communication with authors

Required Skills:

• Good written English (most important — support is mostly over email)
• Comfortable with computers, Gmail, and Google Sheets
• Calm and patient nature
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in both Hindi and English

Preferred (optional):

• Prior experience in customer support or BPO
• Interest in books and reading
