Job Description – Data Entry Operator (Advanced Excel)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately in Excel and company systems.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Handle large amounts of data and ensure accuracy.
  • Use Advanced Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables.
  • Perform data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data and reporting requirements.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Excel formulas and Pivot Tables.
  • Good typing speed and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Data Entry, MIS, or Advanced Excel.
