Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to join our team at Simpleey.io. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible, and contributes to smooth operations.
  • Verify data accuracy, make corrections, and identify irregularities in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
  • Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
  • Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Track and capture national and international news across different sources

·        Analyze news content and identify key developments and trends

·        Prepare concise summaries and briefings

·        Verify facts and ensure accuracy of information

·        Track political, economic, and social developments

·        Present insights in a clear and structured format

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Journalism, Mass Communication preferred)

·        Any strong DIPLOMA

·        Strong knowledge of current affairs and news landscape

·        Attention to detail

·        Good written and verbal communication skills (English/Hindi)

·        Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·        Ability to work under deadlines
