Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced DC Motor Winding

Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DC motor winding, motor repairing, and motor testing, particularly for solar-operated submersible and borewell pump motors. The candidate will be responsible for motor winding, fault diagnosis, repair, and testing to ensure efficient performance.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Perform DC motor winding and rewinding for solar pump motors

·        Diagnose faults and repair solar

submersible and borewell motors

·        Conduct motor testing after winding and repair work

·        Assist in basic motor design and winding

Required Skills:

·        Knowledge of DC motor winding and

repairing

·        Experience with solar pump motors,

submersible motors, or borewell motors

·        Understanding of motor testing and

troubleshooting

·        Basic technical knowledge of motor design and winding

Eligibility:

·        Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in motor winding

·        Technical background
