Job Description

We are looking for a creative, smart, and highly active Social Media Executive who will work directly with the founder to manage and grow both personal and business social media presence.

This role is for someone who understands content, trends, and audience psychology, and can turn ideas into engaging posts, reels, and brand growth strategies.

You will not just manage social media — you will build a strong digital presence and brand identity.

  • 🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end social media management (especially Instagram & Google presence)
  • Manage founder’s personal brand + business accounts
  • Create and execute content strategies for growth and engagement
  • Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality reels and short-form content
  • Design creatives (posts, stories, banners, etc.)
  • Stay updated with trends and bring new content ideas regularly
  • Plan and maintain content calendar
  • Write captions, hooks, and ensure strong audience engagement
  • Analyze performance and optimize content accordingly
