Intern – Performance Marketing

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is analytical, curious, and excited about how AI is changing digital advertising. If you enjoy working with data, optimizing campaigns, and experimenting with new tools, this role is for you.

You’ll get hands-on experience managing real campaigns across Meta and other platforms — with a strong focus on performance, testing, and continuous learning.

• What You’ll DoAssist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Monitor daily campaign performance and identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
• Support A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Research competitors, audiences, and market trends to improve campaign strategy
• Work closely with the content team to brief and iterate on high-performing ad creatives
• Maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and performance trackers

We actively use AI to improve speed, creativity, and decision-making. You’ll be expected to explore and apply it in your workflow.

• Use AI tools for ad copy generation, creative ideas, and audience research
• Assist in analyzing campaign data using AI-supported insights and tools
• Experiment with AI tools for creative testing (images, videos, hooks, variations)
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and bring new ideas to the team
• What We’re Looking ForBasic understanding of Meta Ads (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
• Comfort with numbers, data analysis, and performance metrics
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Proactive attitude — someone who takes ownership, not just instructions
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good to HaveExposure to Google Ads, GA4, AppsFlyer, or CRM tools
• Understanding of D2C funnels and performance marketing basics
• Hands-on use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar
