Job Description
- The primary role is to ensure daily Purchase Order processing, preparation of packing list as per available stock and getting stocks dispatched as per the Retailer/Distributors delivery guidelines on timely basis
- Ability to understand and interpret Purchase Orders
- Assigning work loads on the basis of Orders and daily tasks to the team
- Monitoring Inventory to avoid stock-outs and communicating to production team on the same
- Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and well maintained
- Conduct pre-dispatch inspections to ensure guidelines are adhered to
- Timely dispatch of all orders as per the appointment dates/delivery dates
Ensure accurate documentation of dispatch report
- Having worked in Ecommerce/Quick Commerce set-up will be an added advantage
-Should have strong knowledge of Excel
