Job Description
- Job Title: Dispatch InchargeLocation:Nangloi, Delhi
- Job Type:Full-time
- Salary:Up to ₹25,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Working Hours:12 hours (including lunch break)
- Roles and Responsibilities:Dispatch Management: Oversee the entire dispatch process to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials from inventory.
- Material Handling & Quality Control: Ensure proper handling and quality checks (QC) are performed before dispatch to avoid errors in orders.
- Product Packing: Efficiently manage the packing of products to prevent any damage during transportation.
- Transport Coordination: Coordinate with transporters for timely and safe delivery of products, ensuring zero transport failures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all dispatch activities, including materials moved, transport logistics, and relevant documentation.
- Fleet Operations: Manage fleet operations, ensuring all vehicles are functioning efficiently and are well-maintained.
- Transport Receipts Verification: Handle and verify the receipt of Transport Receipts (LR or Bilty) for all dispatched goods.
- Collaboration with Warehouse: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory levels are aligned with dispatch requirements.
- Tracking & Reporting: Track dispatch orders, monitor delivery timelines, and report any delays or issues promptly.
- Required Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Ability to track dispatches, prepare reports, and maintain inventory records.
- Coordination Skills: Strong ability to manage transportation logistics and ensure timely delivery.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle and resolve dispatch-related issues efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Previous experience in team handling and leadership.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
