Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in e-commerce/D2C operations)
About Us
My Laptop Spares is a fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand specializing in laptop spares and accessories, operating through our online portal www.mylaptopspares.com. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Customer Support Executive to manage daily order processing, customer service, and backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Process incoming orders, book purchases, and raise invoices accurately and on time
- Coordinate with shipping locations and provide necessary documentation for dispatch
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Update stock levels regularly on the backend system
Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries via chat, phone, and email in a professional and timely manner
- Log customer complaints as tickets and resolve them within the shortest possible turnaround time
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to collect online reviews and feedback
Catalog & Operations Management
- List new SKUs on the portal with accurate product details
- Maintain accurate inventory records and flag discrepancies
- Support various other day-to-day activities required to run a smooth online business operation
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working with Shopify, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Shiprocket, and Razorpay is required, and will be considered a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets, Email communication, and MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional local language is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure during high-order volume periods
Good to Have
- Working knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads
- Prior experience in a D2C or e-commerce startup environment
