Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Location: Mangolpuri, Delhi

Job Summary
We are looking for a smart and result-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business operations in the healthcare industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling marketplace operations, product listings, inventory coordination, order management, and sales performance across various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, and company website.
Create, update, and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to avoid stock-outs.
Process orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries efficiently.
Track sales performance, campaigns, and marketplace analytics.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotions and banners.
Handle pricing updates, offers, and discount campaigns.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel.
Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain marketplace account health and compliance with platform policies.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
Good knowledge of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Understanding of SEO keywords, catalog management, and online promotions.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in E-commerce/Marketplace Operations.
Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, FMCG, or D2C industry preferred.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Preferred Candidate
Candidate residing near Mangolpuri or nearby locations preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
