E-Commerce Executive

E-Commerce Executive – Marketplace Operations Experience: 1–3 Years | Location: Delhi NCR | Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage daily marketplace and order operations across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Shopify and other platforms.

• Key Responsibilities: Process daily orders and coordinate picking, packing and dispatch.
• Verify SKU, size, colour, quantity, invoice and shipping labels.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per marketplace TAT.
• Manage returns, RTOs and returned-product inspection.
• Update return status and inventory after quality checks.
• Monitor inventory and reconcile physical vs marketplace stock.
• Handle marketplace operational issues, cancellations and pending orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse, courier partners and marketplace support.
• Maintain daily reports for orders, dispatch, returns, RTO and inventory.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and Shiprocket/OMS for daily operations.

Requirements: 1–3 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion/apparel. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, coordination and ownership are essential.
