E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: E-commerce Executive We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage daily operations, sales performance, and growth strategies across major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in platforms like Amazon and noon, with hands-on experience in product listings, Buy Box strategy, pricing & costing, and inventory operations using Uniware.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon.ae, noon, and others.

• Create, optimize, and monitor product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images) to improve visibility, ranking, and conversions.

• Track and enhance Buy Box performance through strategic pricing, inventory control, and fulfillment planning.

• Conduct detailed competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, promotions, and product positioning.

• Develop product costing and pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive.

• Handle FBA shipments, removals, inventory planning, shipment creation, and tracking.

• Troubleshoot listing errors, manage account-level concerns, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

• Must have experience managing 500–600+ SKUs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, comfortable with data analysis and reporting.

• In-depth understanding of Buy Box mechanics and influencing factors.

• Knowledge of costing, pricing margins, and inventory planning.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the noon seller portal (highly preferred).

• Understanding of SEO for product listings and basic advertising campaigns (optional).

• Prior experience managing large SKU catalogs.
