Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or company websites.

Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.

Handle online promotions, discounts, and campaign execution.

Track website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.

Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, social media, and paid advertising.

Resolve customer queries, returns, and complaints.

Analyze competitor pricing and market trends.
