Social Media Specialist

Role Overview

Manage an Indo-Western womenswear brand’s online presence across social media, graphic design, and product photography. The role focuses on creating visually strong, on-brand content, maintaining a consistent aesthetic, and supporting daily creative needs while building a community that understands our product and vibe.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars across platforms
• Create reels, posts, campaign visuals, and engaging captions
• Shoot product photos and basic video clips (studio & lifestyle)
• Edit photos and videos for social media and website use
• Design posts, ads, banners, and basic packaging assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Coordinate with the founder and sales teams for content requirements
• Track performance and optimize reach, engagement, and conversions
• Manage influencer outreach and collaborations
• Stay updated on trends in design, social media, and fashion

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, design, or content creation in Fashion
• Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media trends
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite
• Basic photography knowledge (lighting, composition, framing)
• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail and consistency
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
