Job Description

Job Title: Senior E-commerce Growth Manager / Head – E-commerce D2C

Location: Delhi NCR (On-site)

Experience Required: 8–15+ years with a proven record of scaling e-commerce businesses


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior E-commerce Leader with a demonstrated

track record of building and scaling online businesses. This is a mission-critical role responsible for

leading the next phase of rapid growth for our e-commerce division.


The selected candidate will own the strategy and execution required to scale the business significantly

from its current revenue base to a substantially larger, multi-channel digital business. The role carries a

clear mandate to build a high-growth e-commerce engine with the objective of reaching approximately

₹20 Cr in annual revenue over the next growth cycle.


This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to

convert growth opportunities into measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

�� Growth Strategy ; P&L Ownership

Own the complete P&L for the e-commerce business

Develop and execute a roadmap to scale revenue multiple-fold toward a ₹20 Cr+ annual run rate

Identify high-impact levers across pricing, assortment, channels, and customer acquisition

Drive category expansion, new product launches, and revenue diversification

Build both short-term growth initiatives and long-term scalable systems

�� Marketplace Leadership (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

Lead end-to-end strategy and operations across major marketplaces

Optimize listings, SEO, content, pricing, promotions, and advertising performance

Improve rankings, conversion rates, category share, and profitability

Manage account health, inventory planning, and sale event performance


�� D2C & Website Growth

Scale the company’s D2C website (Shopify) into a meaningful revenue channel

Improve conversion rate, AOV, retention, and repeat purchase behavior

Drive performance marketing strategy with disciplined ROAS targets

Implement CRO initiatives and customer lifecycle programs


Quick Commerce & Emerging Channels

Expand presence across quick commerce platforms (Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.)

Optimize product assortment and pricing for instant delivery models

Identify and evaluate new digital distribution opportunities


�� Data-Driven Execution


Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including:

Revenue and contribution margins

ACOS / TACOS / ROAS

Conversion rates and traffic quality

Inventory turnover and availability

Customer acquisition cost and lifetime value

Translate data insights into actionable growth decisions


�� Inventory & Supply Alignment

Coordinate closely with production and supply teams to ensure stock availability

Forecast demand accurately to support rapid scaling

Improve working capital efficiency


� Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and scale the e-commerce team

Establish clear KPIs, accountability frameworks, and performance standards

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proven builder with an ownership mindset.

Must Have

Demonstrated success in scaling e-commerce businesses significantly (preferably to ₹20 Cr+ annual

revenue or equivalent)

Deep expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, and online retail ecosystems


Strong understanding of D2C growth mechanics

Proven ability to deliver measurable revenue growth

Highly data-driven decision maker

Experience managing large catalogs and multi-channel operations

Preferred

Experience in consumer products, home, kitchen, lifestyle, or FMCG

Exposure to quick commerce platforms

Experience with premium or branded product categories

Familiarity with Shopify and performance marketing ecosystems

The successful candidate will be expected to rapidly accelerate growth, strengthen profitability, expand

channel presence, and build a scalable e-commerce engine capable of reaching approximately ₹20 Cr in

annual revenue while supporting the company’s long-term digital ambitions.
