Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Process Shopify orders
  • Coordinate packing and shipping
  • Generate shipping labels
  • Track shipments and resolve courier issues
  • Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone customer queries
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Maintain order and inventory records
  • Prepare daily sales and dispatch reports
  • Reconcile COD payments and payment gateway settlements
  • Maintain basic accounts and expense records
  • Coordinate with your accountant/CA by sharing invoices and reports
  • Collect customer reviews and follow up after delivery
