Job Description
E-commerce Operations Executive
Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart and responsible E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily online order processing, customer coordination, and backend operations. The role involves working closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management
- Handle and process online orders from Shopify, WhatsApp, and Instagram
- Ensure timely order confirmation and updates
2. Customer Coordination
- Attend customer calls and WhatsApp queries
- Resolve basic customer concerns and provide order updates
3. Packing & Dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse team for packing and dispatch
- Ensure accuracy in order packing and shipment
4. Inventory Coordination
- Assist in tracking stock and coordinating with inventory team
- Highlight low stock or discrepancies
5. Basic Admin & Computer Work
- Maintain records in Excel
- Support day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements (Mandatory):
- Comfortable working in a warehouse / factory environment
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Prior experience in e-commerce / operations role
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
