Position: Education CounsellorJob SummaryThe Education Counsellor will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries from students interested in our Mobile Repairing Courses. The role involves understanding student requirements, providing course guidance, addressing queries, explaining training programs, and assisting students throughout the admission process.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a genuine passion for helping students choose the right career path.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStudent CounsellingHandle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and website leads.
• Understand student goals, interests, and career aspirations.
• Explain course details, curriculum, training methodology, and learning outcomes.
• Guide students in selecting the most suitable training program.
• Admissions & EnrollmentFollow up with interested students and parents.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
• Assist students with the admission and registration process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Course Information ManagementStay updated on all training programs, fee structures, offers, and batch schedules.
• Clearly communicate course benefits and learning opportunities.
• Address student concerns and provide accurate information.
• Lead ManagementManage inquiries received through phone calls, social media, WhatsApp, and website channels.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.
• Ensure timely responses to all student inquiries.
• Relationship BuildingBuild trust and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Deliver a professional and supportive counselling experience.
• Act as a brand representative for The Phone Mechanic and The Repair Company.
• Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily counselling and admission reports.
• Update CRM or lead tracking systems regularly.
• Coordinate with the admissions and management team.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle student queries professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Web).
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
• Experience in skill development, vocational training, or educational institutes will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Performance ExpectationsRespond to all student inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
