Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled Electrical Technicians with expertise in various electrical installation and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in cable laying, cable tray laying, DB (Distribution Board) installation, earthing works, and HT/LT (High Tension/Low Tension) panel installation. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of electrical systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cable laying and cable tray laying activities as per project specifications and engineering drawings.
• Install Distribution Boards (DBs) and ensure proper wiring and connections for electrical distribution.
• Execute earthing works to ensure electrical safety and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in the installation of High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) panels, including wiring and configuration.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate installation activities and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role, with specific expertise in cable laying, cable tray laying, DB installation, earthing works, and HT/LT panel installation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring work is performed to high-quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Prior experience working in industrial or construction settings.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulations.

Note: This position requires flexibility in working hours and occasional overtime to meet project deadlines. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required for project assignments.
