Electronic Service Engineer

We sell & service lab equipment like pH Meters, Water Baths, Spectrophotometers, Weighing Balances, Magnetic Stirrers, Viscometers

• Visit customer sites for installation, service, and repairs (including outstation travel)

• Handle customer queries and provide support (onsite & online)

• Diagnose and fix equipment issues

• Demonstrate proper usage and maintenance to customers

• Test and calibrate instruments after repair

• Perform daily QC checks of instruments and ensure they are ready for dispatch

• Maintain service records and share invoices

• If issues cannot be diagnosed, coordinate with factory/technical team for support and ensure timely resolution

• Provide preventive maintenance support

• Complete jobs on time (as per TAT)

• Generate service revenue through AMCs and spare parts

• Maintain professional behavior with customers 

Requirements:

• Good communication skills for interacting with customers professionally (verbal and written)

• Past experience in circuit repair, soldering work (both joints and components), handling refrigerant filling

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and think out of the box solutions

• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset — with a drive to quickly diagnose and fix problems

• Diploma/ITI Trained/Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Refrigeration, or related technical field proven experience (10th, Inter/12th and Degree discontinued candidates also can apply

• Preferably minimum experience of 1 year in similar role

• Preferred: Experience with laboratory equipment or weighing scales
