Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer & HMI Designer responsible for developing, commissioning, and maintaining automation systems. The role involves PLC programming, HMI/SCADA design, troubleshooting, and supporting industrial equipment for smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

PLC Programming

• Develop, test, and deploy PLC programs for industrial machines and processes
• Work with platforms like Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley RSLogix, and Schneider EcoStruxure Control Expert
• Modify existing PLC logic to improve performance and reliability
• Perform I/O checks, loop testing, and system validation

HMI / SCADA Design

• Design intuitive and user-friendly HMI screens for industrial machines
• Develop graphical interfaces using tools like WinCC, FactoryTalk View, and Ignition SCADA
• Create alarm systems, trends, dashboards, and control screens
• Ensure proper data visualization and operator usability

Commissioning & Troubleshooting

• Commission PLC/HMI systems at site
• Diagnose and resolve faults in automation systems
• Support maintenance teams in breakdown situations
• Ensure minimal downtime of machines

System Integration

• Integrate PLCs with sensors, drives, VFDs, and field instruments
• Work with communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP
• Interface automation systems with third-party equipment

Documentation

• Prepare functional design specifications (FDS)
• Maintain PLC/HMI program backups and version control
• Develop wiring diagrams and technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming concepts (Ladder, FBD, ST)
• Experience in HMI/SCADA development
• Understanding of industrial control panels and electrical drawings
• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and control systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial sectors like manufacturing, laundry, or process plants
• Knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, and motion control
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, industrial Ethernet)
• Familiarity with IIoT and remote monitoring systems

Job Location:
