Role

- Ensure timely and regular preprations of records and reports relating to indirect taxation
- Ensure prepration and filling of GST return within dues dates
- Ensure compience with GST law with respect to ITC availing, payments to vendor within 180 Days, E-way bills etc.
- Ensure Support in the audits conducted by GST officers and auditors

A purpose driven role for you

Verification & Maintenance of HSN code/ GST rate & other compliance:
• Ensure validation of HSN code, their maintenance in SAP & updating master data with same
• Regular updating of GST Rates in the system
• Maintenance of reports related to Production, Sales and Export data.
• Maintenance of details relating to Capitalisations of 2W

Effective compliances
• Ensure proper verification of GST invoices of Inputs, Capital Goods, Consumables and Services on receipt from user department
• Preparation of GST invoice for Export transactions
• Verification & monitoring of job work challan for Capital Goods & Components.
• Preparation of Service invoices for various activities
• To ensure implementation of GST changes in HMCL system as and when required.
• Engaging and following up with the cross functional teams (Internal) for the necessary indirect tax compliances
• Arranging the proof of export documents from cross function (GB team) & further submission to GST office
• Pursue with the GST office for necessary approvals for specific activities
• Follow up with the supply chain partners & sales network for arranging information or documents regarding necessary for GST compliance
• Ensure Reconciliation of GST ITC, communicating with Bills Payable for holding payments and charging
interest on items unreconciled with GSTR 2B

Preparation of GST returns
• Preparation of details & information required for GSTR-1 (Supply return)
• Preparation of details & information required for GSTR-3B (Payments return)
• Preparations of details & information required for ITC-04 (Job-work return)


MIS and other information preparation
• Preparation of Legal Compliance Report
• Preparation of Revenue MIS
• Preparation of the information needed during the audit by the internal auditors, statutory auditors and GST officers
• Preparations of various information/ reports for the GST office (Government offices) as & when required
• Preparation of details for e-way bill compliance


Training and development
• Ensure to accomplish the appropriate training for enhancing growth and learnings leading to better management of functional activities and personal development

Academic Qualification & Experience

Graduation
4 to 5 years of experience
