Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bakery operations, including production planning and execution.
  • Prepare and supervise the production of breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked items.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all products.
  • Develop new recipes, menus, and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the bakery.
  • Manage inventory, ordering of raw materials, and vendor coordination.
  • Control food cost, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Train, guide, and supervise bakery staff.
  • Ensure timely production and delivery to outlets as per requirement.
  • Coordinate with operations and management for smooth functioning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Executive Chef in a reputed bakery or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
