F&B Controller

The F&B Controller is responsible for managing and monitoring all food and beverage costs, inventory control, and financial efficiency of operations. The role ensures proper stock management, cost control, wastage reduction, and adherence to company standards to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor daily food and beverage costs and analyze variances

* Conduct regular inventory checks (daily/weekly/monthly) for food, beverages, and operating supplies

* Ensure proper receiving, storing, and issuing of all F&B items

* Coordinate with kitchen and service team to control portion sizes and reduce wastage

* Prepare cost reports, consumption reports, and variance analysis

* Verify purchase orders, invoices, and supplier bills

* Maintain standard recipes and costing sheets in coordination with chefs

* Implement and monitor internal control procedures for stock and cash handling

* Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency

* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Commerce, or related field

* 1–3 years of experience in F&B control, cost control, or inventory management

* Strong knowledge of inventory systems and cost control practices

* Proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills

* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
