Job Description
- Shift Roster Optimization: Auditing store managers' rosters to make sure weekends and major sales events have maximum staff allocation.
- Labor Cost Variance Analysis: Spotting stores that are exceeding their payroll budgets due to unapproved staff overtime hours.
- Attendance Consolidation: Pulling daily biometric log data from multiple branches into a single corporate Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Seasonal Demand Forecasting: Preparing workforce projections for major shopping windows (e.g., Diwali, Diwali/New Year sales, Black Friday).
- Third-Party Agency Tracking: Reconciling bills and attendance logs for outsourced staff like outsourced security guards, delivery boys, and housekeeping teams
