Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, license, onboard, and train a team of financial advisors and insurance agents. Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and implement continuous training programs.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day branch activities, manage budgets, process expenses, and track financial performance. Ensure all operations comply with state and company guidelines.
