Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Supervisor located in Bawana. The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining quality control standards, and streamlining operations processes. Timing will be from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols while continually identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in Quality Control and maintaining high manufacturing standards
• Strong skills in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
• Ability to manage teams effectively and foster a culture of teamwork and productivity
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a factory environment
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage
