Factory Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible female candidate for the position of Factory Supervisor at our garment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day production activities efficiently.

The duty hours will be from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The main responsibilities include supervising the daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and targets are met within the given timelines. She will be responsible for coordinating with the production team, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that workers adhere to company policies and safety standards.

The candidate should be proactive in identifying production challenges and suggesting improvements for higher efficiency. She must be capable of maintaining discipline among workers, resolving minor issues, and reporting significant matters to senior management. Prior experience in garment manufacturing or a related industry will be an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, organized, and capable of leading a team to achieve daily production goals.
