Job Title: Field Executive – Cardiac Diagnostics (Delhi Cardio)Company Overview:Delhi Cardio is a leading cardiac diagnostic service provider in North India, offering services like Holter Monitoring, ABPM, and Extended Loop Recorder (ELR) at patients’ homes and partner clinics.

Job Purpose:To handle on-ground operations including device installation, patient coordination, and sample/device logistics while ensuring high-quality service and patient satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Device Handling & InstallationInstall devices such as:
• Holter Monitor (24 hrs)
• ABPM (Blood Pressure Monitoring)
• ELR (3, 5, 7 days)
• Explain device usage clearly to patients.
• Ensure proper fitting and functioning of devices.
• 2. Patient CoordinationCall patients before visits to confirm appointment.
• Maintain polite and professional behavior.
• Guide patients on precautions and usage instructions.
• 3. Device Removal & PickupVisit patient location for device removal.
• Ensure device safety and proper packing.
• Coordinate for timely return to office.
• 4. Doctor & Clinic CoordinationCoordinate with doctors/clinics for test bookings.
• Maintain relationships with referral doctors.
• Support marketing team in field activities if required.
• 5. Documentation & ReportingCollect patient details (Name, Age, Address, Doctor name, etc.)
• Maintain daily report of:
• Installations
• Removals
• Pending cases
• Update team via WhatsApp/CRM.
• 6. Device Care & MaintenanceKeep devices clean, hygienic, and functional.
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately.
• Ensure proper charging and storage.
• Skills Required:Basic understanding of medical devices (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Responsible & disciplined
• Ability to travel within city
• Basic smartphone handling (WhatsApp, GPS, calls)
• Qualification:Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
• Experience in healthcare/diagnostic field preferred (but not mandatory)
• Work Location:Delhi NCR (Field-based role)
