Job Title: Field Executive – Loan Recovery & Collection

Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Executive to handle loan recovery and collections by visiting customers and ensuring timely payment of dues. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers to collect overdue payments
  • Explain outstanding dues and payment options
  • Maintain daily visit and collection records
  • Follow up on pending cases and ensure closure
  • Achieve monthly recovery targets
  • Report updates to the team/manager regularly

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle field work and travel locally
  • Basic knowledge of collections/recovery process
  • Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
  • Experience in recovery/collection is a plus (freshers can apply)
