Job Title: Driver Recruitment Associate (Auto)Location: Field-based – Delhi
Job Summary:We are looking for a Driver Recruitment Associate to help onboard new auto drivers to the Uber platform. Your main job is to reach out to drivers who have signed up but haven’t started driving yet — and help them complete the onboarding process and take their first 5 trips.
- What You’ll Do:Find and connect with drivers who have registered but are not yet active.
- Explain the benefits of driving with Uber.
- Help drivers complete all required steps – documents, training, app setup, etc.
- Guide and support them.
- Solve any issues they face and motivate them to start driving.
- What We’re Looking For:Comfortable working on the field across Delhi.
- Good communication skills – able to talk to and motivate people.
- Able to work independently and manage your own time.
- Experience in sales or fieldwork is a plus.
- Familiarity with Uber or similar platforms is helpful.
