Job Description
Source candidates through field hiring, job portals, references, campuses, and local networks.
Conduct initial screening and interview coordination.
Schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Handle bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment requirements.
Visit different locations for recruitment drives and candidate mobilization.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with candidates for documentation and onboarding.
Follow up with selected candidates till joining.
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Build good relationships with local vendors, institutes, and placement agencies.
