Job Description
Job Description – Supervisor (Manpower Sourcing)Location: Okhla, New Delhi
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities· Manage manpower sourcing and recruitment activities.
· Coordinate with clients and field teams.
· Supervise recruiters and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
· Maintain candidate records and daily reports.
· Travel for client meetings and recruitment drives when required.
Requirements· Graduate in any discipline.
· 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or manpower sourcing.
· Good communication and team handling skills.
· Bike is compulsory.
· Smartphone is compulsory.
