Field Sales Executive

Responsible for generating business opportunities, handling customer relationships, promoting welding automation solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, and client visits 

• Promote Spot Welding Systems and Robotic Welding Automation Solutions to industrial customers 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and OEMs 

• Attend customer meetings and understand technical requirements 

• Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and close sales deals 

• Coordinate with service and technical teams for smooth project execution 

• Maintain daily sales reports, customer database, and follow-up records 

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 

• Support AMC, preventive maintenance, and after-sales business opportunities 

Qualification:

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Marketing, or related field 

• MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred 

Experience:

• 2–3 years experience in Industrial Sales, Welding Equipment Sales, Automation Sales, or Engineering Product Sales preferred 

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills (Verbal & Written) 

• Ability to handle industrial and corporate clients 

• Strong customer relationship management skills 

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM) 

• Knowledge of welding systems and automation solutions will be an added advantage 

Additional Requirement:

• Candidate must own a 2-wheeler with valid driving license for field sales and client visits 

Salary Package:

Up to 4 LPA + Incentives
