About the Role (Painting Sales – Field Based)

At Nextserv, we are building a high-performance sales team in the painting category.

This is not desk sales. This is real on-ground execution.

You will:

→ Visit customer homes (leads provided)

→ Understand painting requirements (interior/exterior)

→ Measure site (basic L × B — practical knowledge required)

→ Suggest right products (budget → premium)

→ Create quotation

→ Close the deal

Who Should Apply

We are looking for candidates with minimum 6 months of experience.

→ Experience in service industry is a bonus. Closing ability is mandatory.

→ You must be comfortable with on-ground customer interaction

Preferred Background (Bonus Advantage)
