📝 Job Overview:Adr Fluid Sealing Solutions is hiring experienced Field Sales Executives for Tractor & JCB spare parts sales and business development. Candidate will travel across multiple states for lead generation, client meetings, and sales conversion activities. Some leads will be provided initially, but candidate should also be capable of generating new business opportunities independently.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales business

• Handle field sales activities for Tractor & JCB spare parts

• Visit dealers, distributors, workshops, and potential clients across multiple states

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives

• Coordinate with internal team regarding orders and client requirements

• Maintain sales reports and field activity updates

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate mandatory

• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in spare parts sales required

• Basic English communication required
